Pepephone communicates with honesty and simplicity, so we created an animation that speaks the same language.
Our goal was to build a clean, rhythmic piece where every movement feels intentional: transparent, direct, and unmistakably “Pepe”.
Process
From Pen to 3D

Working alongside illustrator Catalina Alves, we explored how a hand-drawn world could transition into 3D space.
Her expressive lines and our digital workflow merged to transform sketches into tangible forms, preserving the essence of her style while giving it depth and movement.
Animatic: Finding the Rhythm
This stage allowed us to test rhythm, timing, and flow before moving into full 3D production.
It’s the moment when the characters begin to move and the story starts to breathe.
